Spin the Tires is committed to making our website's content accessible and user friendly to everyone. If you are having difficulty viewing or navigating the content on this website, or notice any content, feature, or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible to people with disabilities, please call our Customer Service team at 805-328-5106 or email our team at Accessibility@spin.tires with “Disabled Access” in the subject line and provide a description of the specific feature you feel is not fully accessible or a suggestion for improvement. 

We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers and our overall accessibility policies. Additionally, while we do not control such vendors, we strongly encourage vendors of third-party digital content to provide content that is accessible and user friendly.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Clearance and overstock sale items are not eligible for returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover the costs for return shipping on orders shipped to customers outside the US.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@spin.tires. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Clearance and overstock sale items
Items marked as clearance or overstock are final sale only and are not eligible for returns unless the items arrive damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancelations
If you would like to cancel your order, reach out to hello@spin.tires within 24 hours and we will attempt to cancel your order. If your order has already begun production, your order will ship to your delivery address and you will be able to return your order within 30 days for a full refund.
